Day 29 · Week 4 · People & nights
What did the Prophet ﷺ recite before sleep every night?
Short answer
Every night when the Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he would recite Surat al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and an-Nas into his cupped hands, blow over them, and wipe them over as much of his body as he could, starting with his head and face. He did this three times.
How to do it today
In bed, before you put the phone down, recite the three surahs into your hands and wipe over yourself.
