Refunds

If a DeenBit product isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of buying it, from the email address you paid with. You'll get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Cards usually take 5–10 working days to show it; UPI is often quicker.

Bought the same product twice by mistake? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate, whenever you notice.
